Sylvie Colin, Non-Executive Director

Fashion expert with more than 35 years of experience, globally managing international brands in both executive and non-executive positions. Independent Non-Executive Director of Spartoo since 2021, Maisons du Monde between 2023 and 2024, and Carre Blanc between 2017 and 2022. Previously, CEO of Kenzo between 2017 and 2021, Maje between 2014 and 2017, and Caroll Paris between 2009 and 2014. Studied at the Sorbonne University and the ESCEM School of Business, in France.

Jesús Domínguez Fernández, Non-Executive Director

Co-founder of BIMBA Y LOLA in 2005. Co-founder of Sociedad Textil Lonia in 1998. Co-founder of Adolfo Dominguez e Hijos SA in 1972.

María Domínguez Rodríguez, Deputy Chairwoman

Co-founder of BIMBA Y LOLA in 2005, involved in the family’s fashion business for more than 25 years. Previously, Head of Design at CH Carolina Herrera Women and, before that, in the Retail and Visual Merchandising departments of Sociedad Textil Lonia. Degree in Information Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid.

Uxía Domínguez Rodríguez, Chairwoman

Co-founder of BIMBA Y LOLA in 2005, involved in the family’s fashion business for more than 25 years. Previously, she worked in the Retail and International Expansion departments at Sociedad Textil Lonia. Degree in Law and Business Studies from the CEU San Pablo University in Madrid and MBA from IE Business School, Madrid.
 

Eva Hernando Pato, Secretary of the Board

Specialist with more than 25 years of experience in corporate commercial law, acquisitions, mergers, and corporate restructuring operations. Currently, partner in charge of Legal Affairs at KPMG Galicia. Previously, partner in charge of the Commercial Department of Grant Thornton Galicia, and Director of the Legal Department of Copo Group (automotive sector). Degree in Law from the University of Vigo, and postgraduate degree in East Asian Economics.

Fernando Martínez Albacete, Non-Executive Director

Professional with broad experience in finance and management. Counselor for the Domínguez Rodríguez family and CFO of Inmoglaciar, land management and real estate promoter of the Cerberus fund. Previously, CFO of listed companies Prisa and Sogecable (Canal+, Cuatro), and Director of the Board at both listed and private companies. Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Comillas Pontifical University - ICADE, Madrid.

Jose Manuel Martínez Gutiérrez, Executive Director and CEO

CEO of BIMBA Y LOLA since November 2018. Independent Non-Executive Director ASOS since April 2023 and Ecoalf between 2019 and 2024 (5 years). Previously, CEO and Director of the Board of Esprit Holdings Limited (6 years), director in different areas of the Inditex Group (9 years), retail and consumer goods consultant at McKinsey & Company (9 years). Degree in Economics and Business Administration by Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University-Chicago).

Carlos Soler-Duffo, Independent Non-Executive Director

A retail and branding expert in the fashion, beauty, and luxury sectors, with over 30 years of international experience. He led TOUS's growth and transformation for 13 years, serving as Group CEO from 2019 to 2025. Previously, he was Managing Director of Punt Roma (3 years) and Managing Director of the Marionnaud/As Watson perfumery network (7 years). He began his career in Paris as International Marketing Manager at L’Oréal, within the consumer goods division. He holds a Bachelor's degree and an MBA from ESADE, and a CEMS Master's degree from HEC Paris.

Natalia Gamero del Castillo, Independent Non-Executive Director

With over 25 years of experience leading creative brands and international organizations in executive and governing roles, she has spent much of her career at Condé Nast, serving as Managing Director for Europe, Mexico, and the Middle East, based in London, and previously as CEO, President, and Editor of Condé Nast Spain, overseeing global publications such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Architectural Digest. She currently serves as an independent director of Prosegur and is a member of its Sustainability, Corporate Governance, Appointments, and Remuneration Committees. She holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid and has completed the General Management Program (PDG) at IESE Business School.
